Agreement and eligibility
By accessing sharp-zonex.pro, enrolling in programs, or requesting information, you agree to these General Terms. You affirm you are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent where required under Republic of Korea law.
Services description
Sharp Zonex provides IoT-related education, cohort experiences, and corporate upskilling engagements. Features, schedules, and mentor availability may change with reasonable notice unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise.
Accounts and communications
You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials we issue for classroom systems. We may send operational notices about schedules, safety, or policy updates.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with other learners, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use course assets to develop malware or surveillance tooling outside stated educational scope.
Intellectual property
Curriculum materials, labs, and branded assets remain owned by Sharp Zonex or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public rebroadcast requires written permission.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, Sharp Zonex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Total liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific offering in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Gyeongsangnam-do shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections assign venue elsewhere.
Termination and updates
We may suspend access for violations or non-payment per enrollment contracts. We may update these terms with posted effective dates; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
