Controller and contact
Sharp Zonex (sharp-zonex.pro) is the data controller for personal data collected through this site and enrollment flows. Contact: hello@sharp-zonex.pro. Postal address: 38-3, Geumseo-myeon, Sancheong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, Republic of Korea.
Data categories
We may process identifiers (name, email, phone), professional details (company, role), technical logs (IP, device type), classroom artifacts you submit (labs, repos shared for review), and payment references handled by processors.
Purposes and legal bases
Purposes include delivering courses, scheduling mentors, safety notices, improving services, and fulfilling contracts. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, and consent where required.
Retention
Enrollment records follow statutory business record requirements. Marketing consents are refreshed periodically. Logs are minimized and rotated according to internal schedules compatible with Korean frameworks.
Processors and recipients
We use infrastructure, email, and analytics subprocessors bound by agreements. Enterprise clients may receive attendance summaries you authorize under separate contracts.
International transfers
If data leaves Korea, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable, plus supplementary measures when needed.
Security measures
We apply access controls, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring, and vendor reviews. No method is perfect; report suspected incidents promptly.
Children
Services are not directed to children under 14 without verified guardian involvement as required by Korean rules.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction, objection, and portability where technically feasible. Korean residents may lodge complaints with competent authorities.
Policy changes
We post updates with revision dates. Material changes affecting consent-based processing will be communicated as required by law.
