Money-Back Policy

This Money-Back Policy explains eligibility for refunds on priced offerings from Sharp Zonex. Amounts are informational until invoiced under your enrollment contract.

For consumer enrollments governed by Korean fair transaction practices, you may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of purchase if services have not been substantially delivered, unless an exception below applies.

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, duplicate charges occur, or we materially change schedules before start and you decline the alternative.

Partial refunds may apply when you withdraw after partial delivery; calculation reflects consumed sessions and shipped materials at documented costs.

Non-refundable items include third-party exam vouchers already issued, custom enterprise workshops delivered, or hardware consumed beyond return condition.

Email hello@sharp-zonex.pro with enrollment ID, reason, and proof of purchase. We acknowledge within five business days and decide within fifteen business days unless investigation requires longer notice.

Refunds route to the original payment method when possible. Fraudulent claims, abusive chargebacks, or violations of acceptable use may void eligibility. Consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where mandatory.
